Palomino’s Rigatoni Bolognese (serves 4-6)
1/2lb Uli’s Famous Hot Italian Sausage
1/4tsp Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes
1lb Crushed Pair Tomatoes in Juice
2tbsp Minced Parsley
2tbsp Minced Garlic
1/4cup Roasted Red Peppers (julienned)
2tsp Dried Oregano
1cup Heavy Cream
1 1/4lb Rigatoni (cooked)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Brown Uli’s Famous Hot Italian Sausage in a large pan over medium heat. Add tomatoes, garlic, chili pepper, red peppers, parsley, and oregano. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes until slightly thickened.
2. Add heavy and bring to a simmer. Add cooked pasta and simmer to coat the noodles. Top with grated parmesan and minced parsley.
