How do you ship? Customer’s responsibility?

We offer free UPS 2Days shipping to all 50 states.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 fee.

Please note, We do not ship to PO BOX.  Make sure to double check your shipping address for accuracy. 

It’s our customer’s responsibility to notify the receiving party of the sausage delivery.  Uli’s Famous Sausage will not contact the recipient to schedule delivery.  All shipments will be delivered to the recipient or left at the front door by UPS.  Apartment building deliveries will be left with the office or by the mailbox — please contact your property management.

Expectation delivery?

We ship and deliver on working business days.  Order placed on Wednesday after 12pm Pacific time will ship out the following week. 

Who do I contact the status of my order?

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.  But if you’re having trouble tracking your order, please feel free to email at

We only ship on Monday-Wednesday, orders placed on Wednesday after 12pm Pacific time and over the weekend, will ship out on Monday. 

I need to make changes on my order?

Stolen or Missing package? 

We’re not responsible for stolen or missing package.

Products will be arriving frozen?

Sausages are shipped frozen.  Sausages may arrive partially thawed and that’s normal.  You can refreeze the sausages.  Our vacuum sealed sausages can keep over 90 days in the freezer. However, sausages should NOT arrive warm.  If so, please contact
