Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our goal is to have happy customers. If you received your order from Uli’s Famous Sausage and it was damaged, please give us a call at 206-839-1000.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
- If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT SEND your purchase back to Uli’s Famous Sausage.
Refunds
When you give us a call, the refund information will be requested and a return of funds will be made, or a replacement item will be sent. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
