Why is the cost of shipping so high to purchase your products online?
Our products are shipped ground, 2-day air, or overnight air according to your selection in the cart as well as shipping options by type of product to allow for safe delivery. Due to the weight, size, and delivery schedule and in order for certain products to maintain their integrity, the cost may seem high. In accordance to USDA regulations, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points program, and our Safe Quality Foods program; food must be packaged properly to maintain safe and controlled temperatures for shipping, unless those product are shelf stable not requiring refrigeration. Also, we are unable to dictate the rates that are set by our carrier for such shipping. How often do you ship?
We ship on Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays to the Continental US. Additionally, we ship in Washington on Thursdays.
How Much Time Does Is Necessary To Fulfill A Pickup Order?
Uli’s Famous Sausage will call when your order is received to let you know the approximate time frame needed to prepare your order for pick-up.
Can I choose Ground Shipping for my order?
Because we ship refrigerated items, we must choose shipping options that get your order to you within a specific time frame. We offer Ground Ship options to Washington only.
If shipped to any other state, your refrigerated order must be shipped 2nd Day Air or Next day Air. If you do not choose the proper shipping method we will hold your order until we contact you to determine whether you’d like to upgrade the shipping or cancel the order.
Will You Ship Outside the Continental US?
Yes we do with certain product items. Call us at 206-839-1000 and we’ll try to arrange something that is best for you.
What is the Return Policy at SL Sausage?

When will my order ship to me?
Our general shipping policies are: All frozen items are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. Non refrigerated items will be shipped on the day your order is finalized or the following business day. If a holiday interrupts shipping schedules we will adjust accordingly.
Can Uli’s Famous Sausage ship my order to my PO Box at the post office?
We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a street address so we can get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I track my order status online?
Yes! Our shopping cart system will allow you to log back in at any time to review your order and monitor the status. Be sure to choose the option to set up an account so that great features are available to you.
